5 founding places for each service, until 31 December 2026. In return you give us a written case about your use, which you approve before it is published, a short video, your logo on complipath.io and two names we may contact as references.
You choose Growth, Starter or to stop. No lock-in. If you stop, your workspace moves to the Free plan, the files you received are yours, your Trust Center closes 30 days later, and nothing is deleted. If you choose Growth yearly before the period ends, what you paid for the Sprint or Trust Setup is deducted from the first year once, at exactly the amount you paid and never more; a Trust Setup moved up to a Sprint counts as a Sprint, and Growth starts the day after the included period ends.
Later questionnaires: answer them yourself in the app, or let us do it for you with Done-for-you.
Done-for-you questionnaire: for an existing customer, one questionnaire answered for you, the same way as in the sprint, whenever the next one arrives, on a 48-hour working clock that starts when the questionnaire is in. It carries no guarantee and includes no Growth period. Price on request.
Cancel before the work starts: you can cancel an accepted Order Form and get the service fee back in full until the working-hour clock starts. After the clock starts, the guarantees are the only refunds. Cancelling before the clock starts also cancels an unpaid invoice, ends the included Growth period and gives back a founding place it used.
