How do you answer a customer's AI questionnaire with proof?

Upload the customer's questionnaire to Audits in Complipath (complipath.io). It reads each question on our own server, matches it to your register and files, and marks it Ready, Needs proof or Gap. Nothing is Ready until a person has confirmed the answer, and every sentence keeps its source.

What you get

Upload their questionnaire as PDF, Word or Excel, up to 4 MB, or answer with the Complipath standard pack: every system, its risk class, the law behind it and your proof.
Before anything is saved you check the questions it read: fix one, remove one, or add one it missed.
Each question gets Ready, Needs proof or Gap. Ready means a confirmed answer with proof behind it; Gap means nothing in your workspace answers it yet.
With AI drafting on, Complipath can draft an answer from your own sources, every sentence linked to one of them. You confirm, edit or rewrite it.
Fill a gap by answering short questions, uploading a file or, for three routines, starting from a template: an AI incident routine, an AI logging routine and a notice to workers about an AI system.
Lock and send: a locked version is frozen, with a fingerprint on the last page of its PDF, and later changes go into a new version.

Where it is in the app

In the sidebar under Audits. A new audit asks four things first: who is asking, what they sent, which AI systems it covers and when it is due.

What goes to our AI provider

For answer drafts we send the question and the matching passages from your register, files (file name and page) and statements. Questionnaires you upload are read on our own server and are not sent to Anthropic.

With the workspace's AI switch off, nothing is drafted: you write each answer from the sources listed beside it.

What it does not do

It does not answer what your sources cannot back. Such a question stays a Gap, and out of the answer, until a file or a person's statement proves it.
It does not confirm for you. Only a person's confirmation makes an answer Ready, and an answer that is not Ready when you lock is sent as open, with the date you expect it.
It is not legal advice. Use your lawyer for judgment. Use Complipath for the groundwork.

Questions

Which file formats can I upload?

PDF, Word and Excel, up to 4 MB. Complipath reads each question on our own server and shows you what it read before anything is saved, so you can fix, remove or add a question. The file itself is not kept: its name and a fingerprint of it are.

Does AI write the answers?

Only if you ask, and never the last word. With AI on, Complipath drafts an answer from your own sources, every sentence linked to one of them, and shows it as not confirmed until a person confirms, edits or rewrites it. Rules decide. AI only drafts. A person confirms.

What if we have no proof for a question?

It stays a Gap and stays out of the answer until a file or a person's statement proves it. You can answer short questions, upload a file or assign the gap to a colleague. Your answers are saved as statements with your name and the date, and the customer sees them marked Stated.

Which plan includes it?
