Only those a person confirmed before the version was locked. Every other question reads Not answered yet, so the customer sees exactly what is open. Nothing a model drafted reaches their file unless a person confirmed it first, and the source is written beside each answer.
Yes. Complipath reads the questions from their file when you start the audit and keeps the questions, where they stood in the file, its name and a fingerprint; the file itself is not kept. When you download, you pick the file again, and Complipath checks that the questions still match before it writes anything into it.
A PDF cannot be written into, so Complipath gives you a Word file instead: each question as a heading, the confirmed answer under it and its source, with the version and the fingerprint stamped at the end. Excel and Word files are answered in place, in their own layout.
