The guarantee

Your report within 5 working days after the vendor has answered, or you get your money back.The clock counts working days, Monday to Friday in Swedish time. For each vendor it starts when the vendor has answered every requirement. The guarantee applies to each vendor's report, and the refund is that vendor's share of the audit's price. It covers the delivery time only: nothing else gives money back.

At no cost, and never a condition for a refund: we chase the vendor and complete the report. The second review of a gap is always included.

Founding places

5 founding places for each service, until 31 December 2026. In return you give us a written case about your use, which you approve before it is published, a short video, your logo on complipath.io and two names we may contact as references.

How buying works

Sold to businesses only, with an Order Form under our Service Terms, which add to the Terms of Service. Read the Service Terms.

Cancel before the work starts: you can cancel an accepted Order Form and get the service fee back in full until the working-hour clock starts. After the clock starts, the guarantees are the only refunds. Cancelling before the clock starts also cancels an unpaid invoice, ends the included Growth period and gives back a founding place it used.
