The rate is held. Anyone who has confirmed a classification on or before 31 December 2026 keeps the Starter rate for twelve months from the day they first pay.

Prices exclude VAT. Your first system is free. Free is a plan of its own — your first system, no end date and nothing asked in exchange. It does not add a slot to a paid plan: Starter includes 20 systems, and when you move to Starter the system you already registered is one of them.

Does Complipath replace our lawyer?
It does the groundwork: the register, the classification, the documents and keeping them current. Judgement calls, like the Article 6(3) exemption, stay with a person. That is where your lawyer’s time is best spent.
Is there EU AI Act compliance software under €500 a month?
Yes. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Your first system is free with no end date, so you can see the answer and the article behind it before you pay.
What counts as a system?
One AI use with one purpose. A chatbot on your site is one system, the model behind your product is another. Tools your staff use, like a writing assistant, count too.
Complipath pricing: why can Growth and Scale not be bought?
Because they are not built yet. Until they are, “Book a 30-minute walkthrough” reaches the founder, not a sales queue.
What happens when we reach our system limit?
Adding the next system opens an upgrade screen instead of the form. Nothing is deleted, and the systems you have keep working. The limits are one system on the free plan, three in the trial, 20 on Starter and 50 on Growth. Archived systems don’t count toward any of them.
What happens after the thirty days?
The account drops to the free plan, which holds one system and one person. Nothing is deleted: your first system keeps working, and the systems beyond it are paused, still readable and exportable. There is no card to cancel.
