Starter
Know what you have, and what you must do about it.
€499/month
€4,990 billed annually · 20 AI systems · unlimited users
€250 per additional 10 systems. Add as many as you need.
Small AI teams and early-stage SaaS.
Create a workspace
Everything you need to answer “what do we have, and what must we do about it.”
AI inventory and register — register a system with what you know; add the detail later
Guided assessment: 7 questions plus follow-ups, deterministic classification. Every verdict shows its reasoning, its legal citation and the factors behind it — and you can contest it if you disagree
Requirements checklist per system, with evidence hints and an owner per obligation
Documentation workspace — four sections, base fields filled from the register, draft or confirmed per section
Inline help and domain-specific guidance, written for the category you’re actually in
Dashboard with live completeness: “23 systems · all assessed”
Market & Law updates, mapped to what you actually run — “this affects 2 of your systems”, not a newsletter
Weekly email snapshot
PDF export per system, CSV export of the whole register
Unlimited users with equal access — the engineer who owns an obligation can log in and attach the evidence
Share a read-only view of your whole register — send it to a customer’s security team without giving them an account
Archived systems don’t count toward your limit.
In Starter today
An AI drafting assistant writes a first draft of a documentation section from your own record. A named person still confirms it, section by section — a draft carries no weight until they do.

Growth
Prove it, over time, to someone outside your company.
€1,499/month
€14,990 billed annually · 50 AI systems
€250 per additional 10 systems. Add as many as you need.
Archived systems don’t count toward your limit.
Scaleups and mid-sized SaaS.
Nothing to sell here yet. If you want to say what you would need from Growth, that reaches a person: hello@complipath.io
Growth ships after Starter has paying customers — what goes into it first is decided by what people using Starter run into.
Planned: everything in Starter, plus the three things you need once someone outside your company starts asking questions.
·
Find it — automatic discovery. We read your dependency files (package.json, requirements.txt, go.mod) to surface AI systems you may not have registered. We do not read your source code.
·
Control it — roles and approvals. Legal sees everything read-only, engineers are scoped to their own systems, and only the people you designate can confirm a classification.
·
Prove it — the audit pack, plus advanced sharing — multiple links, different recipients, your own branding, and a public Trust Center page.
Also planned for Growth:
·
Unlimited AI drafting
·
Cross-system reporting — board report, risk report, per-domain breakdown
·
Market & Law updates turned into assigned tasks across systems
·
Full history and change trail — who changed what, when, and every previous version of a classification
·
API and MCP server — ask your own assistant “is this system registered?” without opening Complipath
·
Policy management
·
Workflow automation
·
Advanced risk management
·
Audit preparation and compliance monitoring

Scale
Do it across entities, and under more than one regulator.
€4,999/month
€49,990 billed annually · unlimited AI systems
Large companies and enterprise.
Same as Growth: not built, and the address above reaches a person.
Scale follows Growth.
Planned: everything in Growth, plus what a company with several entities and more than one regulator needs.
More than one regulator, in one register.
·
Multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction
·
US state law, starting with Colorado — nearly the same domains as Annex III, with the same developer/deployer split
·
ISO 42001 mapping — the standard you can actually certify against
Enterprise requirements.
·
SSO and data residency choice
·
Audit logs
·
Custom DPA and contractual terms
·
Priority support
One system = one thing your AI does.
What counts as one system?

If your product uses AI to rank job applicants and to answer support questions, that is two systems — even if it is one codebase and one model. If one job runs across four services, that is still one system.

Not sure? If two things would get different answers to the assessment questions, they are different systems.

Register what you build with AI, and tools you have bought where you decide how they are used on people. You do not need to register every vendor feature — a summarise button in your CRM is not your AI system.

The database and the application both run in Frankfurt (eu-central-1 · fra1), on every plan. We don’t charge extra for where your data lives.

The count is exact, not rounded.

Capabilities built today. Here is exactly which.

Growth and Scale read identically below because neither is built. That is the comparison as it stands today, not a rendering error.

Starter is the only plan you can buy today. Growth ships after Starter has paying customers, and Scale follows Growth. We would rather say that than take money for a plan that does not exist.

Questions about pricing

There are free AI Act tools. Why pay for this?
Take a free one if what you need is a first classification. The question worth asking any tool, including ours: when the law changes, does the verdict you were given say which version of the text it was derived from? Every classification we produce records the regulation and the version it rests on, hashed. On 27 July 2026 an amending regulation entered into force and we found out eleven days later. If nobody records it at the time, it cannot be reconstructed afterwards.
Why can I not buy Growth or Scale?
Because they are not built. Growth ships after Starter has paying customers, and Scale follows Growth. We would rather say that than take money for a plan that does not exist yet.
If I start now, does the price hold?
Anyone who has confirmed a classification on or before 31 December 2026 keeps the Starter rate for twelve months from the day they first pay. That commitment is part of the terms, and the terms are what you can hold us to.
Complipath

Complipath is EU AI Act compliance software for AI-heavy software companies without a compliance team — an AI system register, deterministic risk classification, the obligations that follow, and the evidence behind every decision.

Complipath is built by Yobel Tzegai in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Complipath provides legal information, not legal advice. Every guide cites its source on EUR-Lex — Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, and Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 where that has amended it; where the law is still settling, the guide says so.

We measure page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no third-party cookies. Visitors are identified by a hash derived from the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and no identifier is stored that could follow a visitor to another site. What is collected: the time of the visit, the URL, the referring page, filtered query parameters, city-level location, operating system, browser and device type.
