In Complipath (complipath.io), the full AI Act audit checks every requirement for every AI system you use and marks each Met, Partly, Not met or n/a from your own records. The findings are sorted by risk, each with an owner and a date, and a signed version is locked as a PDF with a fingerprint.
Turns a finished audit into one report with every answer, its source and who confirmed it, as PDF.

No. It is your own assessment, checked one requirement at a time against your own records in Complipath and signed by the person on your side who signs it. A conformity assessment under Article 43 is a separate procedure for high-risk systems, and Complipath does not run one.
By code, not by a model. A cell is Met only when a document is linked as proof for exactly that requirement. A person's statement, a file marked not enough or a file for the whole article makes it Partly, and nothing on file makes it Not met.
Yes. A signed version can be shared in an audit's shared room, and its PDF is rebuilt from the signed snapshot: if the snapshot no longer matches its fingerprint, the PDF is refused rather than changed. The live audit keeps updating beside the signed versions.
