In Complipath (complipath.io), Vendors groups the AI systems in your register by the company behind them and lists the papers you need from each, every one marked Have, Missing or Expired. A data processing agreement and the usage terms always; instructions for use for a high-risk system; model documentation where you build on a general-purpose model.
Groups your systems by vendor and shows which papers you hold from each, which are missing and which have expired.
In the sidebar under Vendors. A paper you file is kept as evidence for the first system that uses that vendor.
€499 a month
Prices exclude VAT.
That the review date you set when you filed the paper has passed. Complipath does not read a date out of the vendor's document; it reminds you of the date you chose. Filing a newer copy replaces the old one, and the vendor's card shows Have again.
No. Request papers writes the email for you, naming each missing or out-of-date paper and the law behind it, and opens it in your own mail program. You send it, from your own address, so the vendor answers you and not us.
Five model vendors' public usage policies are read once a day: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and Mistral AI. When one changes, the vendor's card says so and the owners of a workspace that uses that vendor get an email. A vendor outside those five is not watched.
Every plan, the free one included: the app lists it for every plan. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
