How do we keep a profile for each vendor, with a source for what we say about it?

In Complipath (complipath.io), each vendor has a profile you keep: status, how critical it is, an owner, contract dates, a seven-point review and an offboarding checklist. A fact about the vendor itself, such as where it stores data or whether it trains on yours, shows only where a person read it on the vendor's own page, with the link and the day it was read.

What the app says it does

Keeps a profile for any vendor, AI or not, with status, criticality, owner, contract dates, a seven-point review and an offboarding checklist, and exports the list of vendors recorded as receiving personal or customer data as a PDF, a CSV or a file in the evidence library; a fact about the vendor itself shows only where a person read it on the vendor's own page, with the link and the day it was read.

Questions

Where does a fact about a vendor come from?

From the vendor's own page, read by a person at Complipath who confirmed it. The profile shows the fact with a link to that page and the day it was read. What you type yourself, such as where you believe the data is stored, is yours and is not shown as the vendor's statement.

If a vendor shows no facts, can we assume it does not train on our data?

No. A fact appears only after someone has read it on the vendor's page. No fact means nothing has been read yet, not that the answer is no. For the AI vendors it knows, the vendors list links their terms; read them yourself, then tick the review check.

Who is on the subprocessor list?

Vendors you recorded as receiving personal data or customer data that are not marked Not approved and not offboarded. A vendor recorded as receiving only sensitive data, or as Not sure, is left off, so set those fields before you send the list. It comes as a PDF or a CSV, or saved to the evidence library.

Which plan includes it?

Every plan, the free one included: the app lists it for every plan. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
