An example, for a fictional company called Harbrook: the technical documentation that Complipath (complipath.io) opens as one document for a high-risk AI system, in Annex IV's own nine points. Each point is marked Written, Draft or Not written yet, its sources stand under it and the whole document downloads as PDF or Word.
The heading column is Annex IV's own text, as the document prints it. The last column is what stands under each point in this example, with the source lines in the app's wording.

No. Harbrook and Applicant sorter are invented for this page, and so are the file names and the roles that stand where a person's name would. What is real is the shape: Annex IV's nine points in order, the three statuses and the source lines under each point, in the words the app prints.
Because a point is Written only when every part of it holds text a person wrote or a reviewer confirmed. Point 2 of Annex IV has eight lettered parts. In this example one is still empty and two hold drafts nobody has made their own, so the whole point reads Draft until they do.
No. A file attached to a point is named in its sources and stays a file: it is never counted as text, and the product never says that attaching one meets a requirement. A point is Written only when its text is there, and Not written yet when no part of it holds any.
Every plan, as the app lists it. The button View full document appears on the Documentation page for a system whose confirmed classification calls for Annex IV documentation, and the same points download as a PDF or a Word file. Writing the text is done in the documentation workspace, section by section.
