| What the client gets | The normal plan at the normal price. Your code changes nothing on their plan or invoice. |
| What you earn | 20% of what the referred customer pays for the first 12 months, paid monthly after the customer has paid. |

| On what | What the customer actually paid, excluding VAT, after discounts. An unpaid or refunded invoice counts zero; a yearly invoice counts a twelfth each month. |
| The 12 months | Counted from the month the customer's subscription began. |
| Refunds | A refund in a later month is taken back as a minus line in that month's statement. A cancellation takes nothing back; commission stops from the month the customer stops paying. |
| Tracking | Your link (app.complipath.io/signup?ref= and your code) sets a cookie, cp_partner_ref, on the app's sign-up page, holding only the code for up to 90 days. A code typed at sign-up counts too. |
| Which clients count | A client who signs up as a new workspace through your link or code. A workspace that already exists can be attached only by us, by hand, if it has no partner yet. |
