What is in it
How each answer is built
- Direct answer: yes, no or partly, first, for the systems asked about.
- Control: what you actually do, as a practice, not a policy title.
- Scope: which systems the answer covers, and which it does not.
- Evidence: the record or screenshot that proves it, with its date.
- Exceptions: where the control does not apply or is not in place yet.
- Status: Implemented, Partially implemented, Planned or Not applicable. Not applicable carries its reason.
- Every pattern below is a form to fill with your own facts. Nothing in it is a statement about your company.
Answer per system
- Article 6 classifies systems, not companies: answer for named systems.
- The questions on training data, logs, human oversight, instructions for use, accuracy and robustness, security and monitoring in use apply only to high-risk systems. For any other system they are Not applicable, with the classification as the reason.
