In Complipath (complipath.io), each AI system has a Change trail page: every recorded change to the system, its requirements, its classifications and its documentation, with when, who, what changed and the value before and after. The database writes the trail itself, so no screen can forget to record a change, and it downloads as a CSV.
Shows what changed on a system, not only what its assessments said.

The audit log is the workspace's list of who did what, across everything. The change trail is per system and records the value of each field before and after the change, for the system, its requirements, its classifications and its documentation. Both are kept; the change trail is the one point 6 of Annex IV points to.
Not through an edit to the fields it covers: the database writes each line itself when the row changes, so no screen can skip it. What it does not record is named on this page: creating a system, adding requirement rows, deletions, evidence uploads and anything before 13 October 2026.
Yes. The whole change history for a system downloads as a CSV with when, who, which system, what changed and the values before and after. The audit pack carries the change history per system too, so an auditor gets it with the classifications, requirements and evidence in one file.
Starter, at €499 a month, and the trial. Prices exclude VAT. In the app, this record is a Growth feature, included in Starter until Growth launches: Growth is not available yet, so Starter is the plan to buy, and Free does not include it.
