How do you show a customer or your board how your company uses AI?
Complipath (complipath.io) builds a company page from your register by rules: each active system with what it does, its confirmed class, role, owner and vendor, the people in your AI literacy record, and the dates ahead. No model writes any of it. Every plan sees the page; the PDF is Starter and the trial.
One page on how the company uses AI, made from the register by rules: each system with its confirmed class, role, owner and vendor, then the dates ahead. The page is on every plan; the PDF on Starter.

What it does
Lists every active system in the register, test and archived systems left out, sorted by name: what it does, its confirmed class with the provision, its role, its business owner and its vendor.
Prints a class only where a named person confirmed it. Anything else reads "Not confirmed yet".
Takes the role a person set on the system, or else the one the rules derive from how it is supplied: provider, deployer, or both. Where neither is known it reads "Not recorded".
Counts the people in your AI literacy record.
Lists up to six dates ahead: the dates from which the not-yet-complete requirements of confirmed systems apply, with up to three system names each.
Closes with: "A self-assessment made with Complipath from the company's own register. Not a certification or a legal opinion." and the day it was made.
The PDF carries the same content. A PDF made during the trial is marked "Trial", and each download is written to the activity log.
Who it is for
A founder, CTO or compliance lead who is asked how the company uses AI, by a customer's procurement team, an auditor or the board, and wants to answer from the register rather than write it again.
How you use it, step by step
Confirm each system's classification in the classifier, and set an owner and a vendor on each system.
Open the page: press ⌘K and choose "Company page". On Starter and the trial, the Trust page also has a "Company page (PDF)" button.
Check the rows. To change one, change the register: the page is rebuilt from it every time it opens.
Press "Download as PDF". If the workspace has no name yet, you are asked for the company name first, and it is saved.
Send the PDF to whoever asked.
Which plan
The page is on every plan, Free included. The PDF is Starter and up, and the trial: on Free the download button is replaced by a line saying it is a Starter feature, and the PDF address refuses.
The literacy line counts the people in your record. Article 4, as replaced by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, asks providers and deployers to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and other persons dealing with the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf.
The page counts who is recorded. It does not judge whether those measures are enough.
The page says on its face that it is a self-assessment from the company's own register, not a certification or a legal opinion.
What it does not do
No model is called. Nothing is summarised, rewritten or scored: no percentage, no score, no "compliant".
It shows no draft class as settled, and it gives no dates for systems whose class is not confirmed.
The dates ahead read every high-risk requirement on the Annex III route. A system that is high-risk under Article 6(1) and Annex I is shown the Annex III date, not its own: check it against Article 113, third paragraph, point (c), as replaced by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744.
It has no public link: it is a page in the app and a PDF you send. The public page is the separate Trust page.
It has no entry in the sidebar.
Where it is in the app
At /company-page, reached from the ⌘K search box ("Company page") on every plan, and from the "Company page (PDF)" button on the Trust page on Starter and the trial. There is no sidebar entry.
No. Every line comes from your register by fixed rules: system names, what each does, the class a named person confirmed, the role, owner and vendor, the AI literacy count and the dates ahead. A system without a confirmed class reads "Not confirmed yet". Nothing is summarised, scored or rewritten.
Can I send it to a customer as proof of compliance?
You can send it, but it is not proof of compliance and says so: its footer reads that it is a self-assessment made from the company's own register, not a certification or a legal opinion. It shows what your register records and who confirmed each class, and nothing more.
Why is a system missing from the page?
The page leaves out archived systems and systems marked as test entries. Every other system in the register appears, with or without a confirmed class. A system that is in use but was never registered cannot appear, because the page is built only from what the register holds.
Which plan includes it?
The page is on every plan, the free one included; downloading it as a PDF is Starter and the trial. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
