In Complipath (complipath.io), an owner or admin can delete the whole workspace from the app, after seeing a row count per table and typing the workspace name. It is removed at once for everyone in it, with the evidence files you uploaded. Nothing in the app brings it back, and sign-ins go too unless the person belongs to another workspace.
Removes the workspace and everything in it, including the sign-ins of members who belong to no other workspace, after showing you how many rows will go from each table; if you belong to another workspace you land there, still signed in. Tasks, the change history, approval requests, the link-opening log, memberships, rewards, connector tokens, the security list and the GitHub connection go too but are counted only once a pending database update is applied, and only an owner or admin can do it, not while billing is paused or closed.
Every plan, including the free first system: the app checks no plan for it.

An owner or an admin, by typing the workspace name after seeing the row counts. Other members see a line telling them to ask an owner, and no counts. The server checks the typed name again, and the delete is refused while billing is paused or closed.
No. Nothing in the app brings it back, and there is no grace period, so download the file first. What our database host keeps in its own backups, and for how long, we have not read, so we make no promise about it either way.
Each person's sign-in is deleted with it, unless that person also belongs to another workspace; then they keep it and are placed in the one they joined first. If that is you, you land there signed in. A record keeps the workspace id and counts, no names.
Every plan, including the free first system: the app checks no plan for it. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
