How do consultants use Complipath for EU AI Act work across several clients?

Complipath (complipath.io) works for a consultant managing EU AI Act compliance for several clients, one client at a time: each client owns its own workspace and invites you in. There is no view across clients and no workspace switcher. One sign-in belongs to one workspace, so each client needs a sign-in with its own email address.

Questions

Can I see all my clients in one place?

No. In Complipath one sign-in belongs to one workspace, and there is no workspace switcher and no view across clients. You work in each client's workspace by signing in with the address that client invited. A partner code does not change this: it records who referred a client and gives no access.

Can I use my existing Complipath account for a client?

No. An invitation joins you only when the invited address signs in for the first time. If that address already has an account, the invitation stays open and you remain in your own workspace. Give each client an address of yours that has no Complipath account yet, and ask them to invite it.

Who confirms the classifications in a client's workspace?

Any member can, you included. The record names whoever confirmed it. The app has no approval step and no roles beyond owner and member, so agree with each client who confirms: the confirmation is what makes a classification the client's evidence. Rules decide. AI only drafts. A person confirms.

Which plan includes it?

Each client's plan applies to its own workspace, and you take one of its places for people. Free holds one person, the owner, so a client on Free cannot add you. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems and includes five users, as does the trial. Prices exclude VAT.
