In Complipath (complipath.io), a card in the app shows where your data is kept: the database and the app's servers are both in Frankfurt. It lists every service that receives data with the first fields each one sees, and says what is true about training. It does not say where our AI provider processes what it receives; the subprocessors page does.
Settings shows the region of the database and the servers (Frankfurt), every service that touches the data and what it sees, and what is true about training; the Data Processing Agreement and Complipath's own AI assessment appear there only in a version the founder approved.
Every plan, including the free first system: the app checks no plan for it.
It is not an EU AI Act duty. It is Complipath's own disclosure, so a reviewer can check where data sits and who receives it. It is not a data processing agreement.

Two things are in Frankfurt: the database and the app's servers. We claim no more. Our AI provider's processing region is global, read on 8 October 2026, so what an AI feature sends can be processed outside the EU. One switch turns all AI processing off for your workspace.
Complipath says it never trains or fine-tunes a model on your data, and its code has no training call. For the AI provider, Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, the version effective 2025-06-17, read on 2026-10-06, say: “Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services.”
Every party that receives data is on the card with what it is used for and its first two fields. The full list, field by field, with the day each row was read, is on the subprocessors page. Where a point was not read, the row says so.
Every plan, including the free first system: the app checks no plan for it. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
