In Complipath (complipath.io), the assessment is a short set of questions, more if your answers open follow-ups. Some are skipped when they cannot matter: the questions on who acts on the output are asked only when an Annex III area applies. Rules, not a model, turn the answers into a risk level that a person then confirms.

A short set of questions, and more if your answers open follow-ups. Whether the system decides about a person, what it does, the Article 5 check, how it meets people and how it was built are asked of every system. An Annex III area adds the questions on who acts on the output.
Answer 'I don't know yet', or flag the question for legal review. The assessment is saved with that question open, nothing is assumed and it is never recorded as a no. No classification is made until the question is answered. Anyone in your workspace can open an assessment with open questions and answer them.
No. Article 6(3) lets a provider conclude that an Annex III system is not high-risk. That conclusion is the provider's to reach, and Article 6(4) requires the provider to document it. The assessment does not reach it from your answers; it records the questions on who acts on the output as material for it.
