In Complipath (complipath.io), an AI system registered one at a time must have a named business owner, chosen from the people in your workspace. Each requirement on its checklist can have an owner too, or stay unassigned. An owner is a name, not a login: it gives that person no access and sends no message.
An owner field on every system and every duty, which you fill in.
Every plan, including the free first system.
It is not an EU AI Act duty, and no article is cited for it. It is how the register shows who answers for each system and each requirement.
€499 a month
Prices exclude VAT.
No. Registering one system at a time offers the people in your workspace, but an owner is stored as a name. Assigning an owner to several selected systems accepts any name you type, with your workspace's people suggested. Nothing checks it against your team, and nothing is sent to the person.
Only a system registered or edited one at a time needs a business owner. Pasted lists, file imports, intake-link reports and systems sent to us can start without one, and requirements always start without one. The requirements list shows how many open requirements still have no owner.
Open requirements with no owner are counted on the requirements list and in the summary email. In a workspace with two or more people, each system with no owner is listed for you to fix, with the person who owns most of your other systems suggested when there is one.
Every plan, the free one included: the app lists it for every plan. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
