In Complipath (complipath.io), one ZIP holds everything recorded for a single AI system: the classification with the text of its legal source, the Annex IV documentation, requirements, the vendor's details, risks, incidents, history and evidence files. It is on every plan, and a README says what each file is.
One ZIP from the system page: the classification with its legal source, the Annex IV documentation, requirements, the vendor's details with links to its privacy policy and DPA, risks, incidents and the history. Evidence files go in up to 50 MB in total; any beyond that are listed but left out.
Every plan, including the free first system. The plan only decides whether a Trial mark is added, never what you can download. A paused or closed account can still make it.

A README, the classification and assessment as a PDF with the text of its legal source, the Annex IV documentation as a PDF, and CSVs for requirements, vendor details, risks, incidents, history and evidence, plus the evidence files up to 50 MB in total.
Only if someone uploaded them as evidence. The vendor file lists the vendor's name, model, privacy-policy link, data processing agreement entry and where the data is processed, as recorded. The ZIP does not fetch the vendor's documents, and it does not check the links.
No. It gathers what the workspace records, and the documentation PDF says which Annex IV points the workspace asks for. Whether the documentation meets Annex IV for your system is yours to judge. The ZIP certifies nothing and sends nothing to an authority.
Every plan, the free one included: the plan never limits the download. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Growth and Scale are not available yet, and nothing here waits for them.
