In Complipath (complipath.io), each reason behind a risk verdict is listed with the provision it rests on, written in the Regulation's own notation, so you can look it up. Where nothing in the Act was engaged, or no rule matched, the reason says that instead of naming a provision.
Each reason behind a verdict names the provision it rests on, so a reader can check it herself. Where a system is minimal risk because nothing applied, the reason says that no provision is engaged instead.

It is not an EU AI Act duty. It is how a verdict stays checkable by a reader.
The provisions it cites are the ones the rules rest on, for example Article 5, Annex III, Article 50 and Article 6(3).

It is the reason on a minimal-risk result when the engine checked your answers and nothing engaged. It names no law because there is none to name, and it is shown with a note on what was checked. No provision matched is different: the rules could not decide, and a person must.
On the system's classification page. The reasons sit behind a line that gives their count, each with its citation. A provision the engine declined to decide, such as Article 6(3), is shown in front under its own heading and is never behind that line.
No. A recorded assessment is never rewritten. It keeps the citation it was made with, and the page shows that citation in today's notation. Each record also keeps the engine version it was made under, so you can tell which rules produced it.
