Microsoft Copilot under the EU AI Act: your company is its deployer, Article 4 applies to every use, and evaluating staff with it can be high-risk.

Add the AI you use. Each system gets a role, a risk class and the article it rests on.
LiveLink each duty to a file and the page it stands on: a policy, a log setting, a training record.
LiveAnswering a customer's questionnaire inside the app, from the proof you already linked.

No. What makes a system high-risk is the purpose it is used for under Article 6 and Annex III, not the data it reads. Searching and summarising your files is not an Annex III purpose; evaluating employees with it would be. Personal data in the files is a GDPR question as well.
Staff and other persons dealing with the operation and use of AI systems on your behalf, under Article 4(1) as replaced by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. The duty is to take measures to support the development of their AI literacy, not to guarantee a level for any individual. A record of who was briefed on what is the evidence.
