In Complipath (complipath.io), every evidence file sits in one library. A file can name the other systems it is used for, belong to any number of collections, and carry comments and a history. A collection can be shared by a read-only link that runs out after 7, 30 or 90 days. The library also lists, per system, which requirements still have no proof.
Evidence files sit in one library: a file can name other systems it is used for (a label), belong to collections, carry comments and a history of the library's actions, a collection can be shared by a read-only link open for 7, 30 or 90 days and revocable, and per system the requirements with no file linked as proof are listed.
Every plan, the free first system included. The plan decides nothing about what is described here. Making collections and links needs a role that may write; a Viewer or Legal can see them.

No. “Used for” names the systems a file is used for and shows +N in the list. Proof is linked requirement by requirement on the file's page, from the requirements of its home system, and the count of what is still missing reads those links only.
Anyone who holds the link, until it runs out or you revoke it. No account is needed. They see each file's name, the day it was added and, if set, when it is valid until, and can download it. The link is shown once, so copy it when you make it.
Yes. A company file, such as a security policy, insurance, a certificate or a contract, has no home system. You name the systems it is used for afterwards, or none. It is checked as a file type and kept, not read against your requirements.
Every plan, the free one included: the plan never limits the library. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. The Growth parts are not available yet, and nothing described here waits for them.
