Can software draft each part of our Annex IV documentation from the records we already keep?

In Complipath (complipath.io), the documentation page of a system lists the nine points of Annex IV. Where your register, classification, connected tools, files or own text say something, a rule writes one sentence per source and names the source under it. Where nothing says it, nothing is written and a question is asked, at most five per system.

What it does today, and its limits

The documentation page of one system lists the nine points of Annex IV; a point gets one sentence per source (register, classification, connected tools, files, risks, change history, incidents, data answers, your own text), each with its source named under it, or one question where no source says it, at most five per system, and no model writes the sentences.

Questions

Which Annex IV points does it draft?

It lists all nine, in the Annex's order. A part gets sentences only where a source says something: the register, classification, connected tools, files, risks, change history, incidents, data answers or your own text. A part with no source gets a question instead, and no system is asked more than five.

Does a model write the sentences?

No. Each sentence is built by a fixed rule from one source and states one fact, so it always has a source under it. A part with no source writes nothing. You still write and confirm the documentation itself, section by section.

Is a Confirmed part a finished Annex IV point?

No. Confirmed means a person confirmed the one documentation section tied to that part. Only parts 1, 2, 3 and 5 can show it, and part 2 is tied to the section that answers point 2(d). Whether a point is complete for your system is yours to judge.

Which plan includes it?

Every plan, the free one included. Free holds one AI system, with no end date. Starter is €499 a month for up to 20 AI systems. Prices exclude VAT. Connected tools and data answers need Starter; without them a part fills from the other sources or asks.
