In Complipath (complipath.io), every answer you confirm in a customer audit is kept with the customer's name and the date. The next audit starts from it: a question that says the same thing gets the earlier answer, labelled with where it came from, and you confirm it. No model matches the questions.

No. Two questions count as the same when at least 70% of the words that carry their meaning match, after a short fixed list of synonyms is read as one word. No model is called. If nothing matches closely enough, the question stays open for you.
No. They are offered, each labelled with the customer and date it came from, and you confirm them. Answers from earlier audits can be confirmed together; anything drafted from other sources, such as your register, vendors or files, is confirmed one by one. You can edit an answer first.
For questions about where data is kept, AI training, ownership or sharing, the audit offers your current data answer instead, marked as changed, when it was saved after the earlier confirmation, says something different and covers every system in the audit. Other reused answers are not re-checked.
